Outsourced software team Outsourced development team
An external technology team that works continuously on your company’s software needs, without hiring an in-house department.
An outsourced development team is a software team that is not on your payroll, but is part of how you operate. It works on a recurring basis: new features, automations, integrations, AI, or evolving what you already have.
The difference versus a one-off project is continuity. You do not start a new quote every time a need appears. You agree monthly capacity and Suto becomes your external development team.
Suto Studio does not rent out individual programmers. You get a team that already works together, with product and technical judgement, and that builds knowledge of your company month after month.
What an external development team does day to day
It prioritises the backlog with you, builds what was agreed, reviews with your team and ships software you can use. That might be a web app, a mobile app, a system integration or an automation. The constant is not the deliverable type: it is a stable team working on what helps you most right now.
When it makes sense to outsource the software team
It fits if your company has ongoing technology needs and you do not want (or cannot) build an internal department. Also if you already have IT and need extra capacity without opening a hiring process every quarter. If you only need one specific application and nothing else, a fixed-scope project can be simpler.
How this differs from hiring developers
Hiring means selection, onboarding, holidays, sick leave and people management. An outsourced development team arrives with those pieces handled: you set business priorities and the team executes. We do not claim it is always cheaper than an employee. The point is different: you do not always need an in-house department to have stable technology capacity.
How Suto works as your external technology team
You choose a plan based on the capacity you need. We build a backlog of what to develop, automate, integrate or improve. Each month we continue on those priorities, and you can change the order when the business needs it. The fee covers that capacity; it is not an unlimited package.
You have ongoing software needs and you do not want to build an in-house department.
Suto can be your external software team. On a call we will see if the model fits.
