Process automation

Every manual, repetitive task is time your team isn't spending on the business. Every human error in those tasks is a hidden cost.

We automate processes end-to-end, from data ingestion to the final action, with robust, observable and maintainable workflows.

Signs this is for you

If any of these sounds familiar, we can probably help.

Someone is copying data from one system to another for hours every week.
Tasks get forgotten and we find out when the customer complains.
We send the same emails or reports manually and always in a rush.
We have critical processes that depend on one person who will eventually leave.
We use Zapier or Make for important things and every failure costs us money.
We want to scale but we know the manual processes can't handle more volume.

Prior diagnosis

We identify which processes give the best ROI when automated before starting.

Robust orchestration

Queues, retries, alerts and automatic recovery on failures.

Integrated with your systems

Automations connected to your ERP, CRM, email, spreadsheet or custom system.

Scalable

What works today with 100 events/day will keep working with 100,000.

How we work with you

Three clear phases from the first call until the system is running in your operation.

1

Phase 01

Understanding your operation

We talk to your team and map real workflows, bottlenecks and priorities. We leave with a clear picture of what to solve first.

2

Phase 02

Technical design

Architecture, integrations with your current systems, risks and a phased plan. Before writing any serious code, we agree on the how.

3

Phase 03

Go-live and support

Controlled rollout, team training, monitoring and early adjustments. We stay with you during the first weeks until everything runs on its own.

What we build

  • - Automatic invoicing from signed delivery notes
  • - Classification and routing of incoming emails
  • - Daily report generation with no human touch
  • - Real-time inventory synchronization

What you take home

Concrete outcomes at the end of the engagement. Not slides — things that run.

  • Repetitive tasks once done by people are now done reliably by the system.
  • Hours freed up every week so your team can focus on what actually adds value.
  • Fewer errors in processes that used to depend on routine or someone remembering.
  • Automatic alerts when something needs human attention, without having to watch over it.
  • Processes running 24/7, also outside office hours and on weekends.
  • Clarity on how many hours and errors you're actually saving.

FAQ

Do you use no-code tools like n8n or Make?

When they fit, yes, especially for internal flows or quick prototypes. For critical business processes we prefer custom code: more robust, versionable, testable and not tied to an external vendor.

How do we decide which processes to automate first?

We run a short diagnosis measuring volume, manual time and error cost of each candidate process. We automate first the ones with the highest ROI and lowest risk, not the most visible ones.

What happens if an automated flow fails?

Every automation has alerts, logs and a clear state. Transient failures retry themselves; serious ones are escalated to the responsible team with the context they need to solve it quickly.

Does the automation scale as volume grows?

Yes. We design with queues, concurrency and backpressure from the start. What processes hundreds of events a day today can process tens of thousands without being rewritten.
