Can you maintain code you didn't write?

Yes. We start with a short audit to understand the code, infrastructure and risks. From there we propose a clear plan: what to stabilize first, what to refactor and what to leave as is.

What response times do you offer for incidents?

It depends on the agreed SLA. For critical systems we work with response in hours and resolution within the day; minor incidents are handled as part of the monthly evolution retainer.

How does the monthly evolution retainer work?

A block of hours each month that you use for improvements, new features, support and preventive maintenance. We review priorities every quarter so the time is always spent where it has the most impact.

What's included and what isn't?

Included: bug fixing, continuous evolution, monitoring, security updates and user support. Not included: third-party licences, cloud infrastructure and large new projects, which are scoped separately.
