Software development by subscription

A monthly fee instead of a quote for every project. Suto works continuously on your company’s software priorities.

Software development by subscription means you hire capacity, not a one-off brief. You pay a monthly fee and have a team that moves every week on what you have prioritised.

At Suto the plans are SUTO 10, SUTO 20 and SUTO 40. The number is the team’s weekly dedication. The price you see is the monthly fee, not an hourly rate. We do not sell spare hours: we sell a team with continuity.

This model avoids the usual cycle of briefing, quoting, negotiating and pausing until the next project. Company software is rarely “finished”; a subscription matches that reality.

How the subscription turns into real work

Each plan has a capacity. With that capacity we build, review and ship. If the backlog grows, not everything “fits”: it is reordered. That honesty is part of the model. We avoid unlimited-development promises because they cannot be kept with finite capacity.

What the fee includes

Development work within the capacity: product, architecture, implementation, integrations, automations, AI when it helps, and evolution of what is already live. Also the coordination so you do not have to manage a technical team day to day.

Why we do not show an hourly price

An hourly price pushes people to think they are renting programmers. We want you to hire an external technology team. Weekly dedication exists so you understand capacity; the agreement is monthly and the focus is progress on the backlog.

How to choose a plan

SUTO 10 fits a steady, contained pace. SUTO 20 is the usual starting point when there are several workstreams. SUTO 40 makes sense if software is core to the business and you need to move in parallel. If you are unsure, we talk it through; you do not have to guess it from the website.

FAQ

How much does software development by subscription cost?

Suto’s public plans are €2,000/month (SUTO 10), €3,250/month (SUTO 20) and €6,000/month (SUTO 40), excluding VAT. Weekly dedication is shown on each plan as a capacity reference.

Does the subscription replace a closed project?

Sometimes. If the scope is unique and there will be no continuity, a closed project can be cleaner. If the software will keep changing, the subscription avoids reopening quotes.

Can I move up or down a plan?

Yes. Capacity can be adjusted when the volume of work changes. We agree it in advance so we do not cut deliveries halfway.

You have ongoing software needs and you do not want to build an in-house department.

Suto can be your external software team. On a call we will see if the model fits.
