2. Data we collect

Through the contact form on sutostudio.com we only collect:

  • Your email address
  • The content of the message you voluntarily send

We do not collect special categories of data or data from children under 14. If you are under 14, please do not use the contact form.

3. Purposes and legal basis

We process your data for the following purposes:

  • To respond to your enquiry and manage any pre-contractual or contractual relationship. Legal basis: performance of pre-contractual measures at your request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
  • Anonymous statistical analysis of website usage via Suto Studio first-party analytics platform. Legal basis: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), given through the cookie banner.

4. Retention

Data submitted through the contact form is kept for as long as necessary to handle your enquiry and, where applicable, for the duration of the contractual relationship, plus applicable statutory limitation periods (generally 5 years for civil and commercial matters).

Analytics data collected by our first-party analytics platform is retained for up to 14 months in line with the service configuration.

We do not sell your personal data. We may share it only as follows:

  • Where required by law or by a competent authority.

6. Your rights

You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and data portability by emailing info@sutostudio.com.

7. Security

Reviventum S.L. implements appropriate technical and organisational measures to ensure a level of security appropriate to the risk, in accordance with Article 32 GDPR.
